Helping Hand Health Care, LLC provides high quality health care and supplemental staffing solutions in southeastern Michigan.

We are Medicare and Medicaid certified and CHAP accredited.

Our  Home Care  program provides quality health services in your home. We provide skilled nursing care, attendant care, and therapy services. We tailor our services to meet your unique and changing needs.
 
Our  Pathways  program is a highly specialized home care program for clients with traumatic brain and/or spinal cord injury. These clients require a highly skilled care team to help them achieve their maximum functional goals. We strive to meet the needs of the client, family, and entire treatment team.

Our  Shared Care  program is available at select senior communities. We provide both skilled and attendant services, billed in cost effective 15 minute increments.

Our  Staff Relief  program allows us to assist area hospitals and nursing homes in meeting their staffing and client care needs. Our customer service attitude and competitive rates are unmatched in the health care industry.

At Helping Hand,  Case Managers  are our clients too. We work with the case management professionals to develop a collaboration plan for each shared client. We are committed to keeping the Case Manager updated on client status, progress, needs, and problems through frequent service updates and conferences. We truly value the team approach.

Helping Hand is dedicated to ensuring only the finest applicants are selected for employment. We understand that client satisfaction begins with quality employees. Helping Hand employees must:

  • Complete a comprehensive application
  • Complete a formal interview
  • Receive no negative responses on a police criminal background check
  • Submit a minimum of at least 2 references, references must be positive
  • Receive annual TB testing
  • Complete Hepatitis B requirements
  • Submit verifiable professional license (if applicable)
  • Complete orientation
  • Have at least one year experience in a health care related environment
  • Be subject to random drug testing
  • Be bonded and insured
