Our Pathways Program is designed to address the specific needs of clients with traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury in the community. We realize that these clients have special needs. Whether short term or life-long care, we are prepared to meet the changing needs of each individual client.

The Pathways Program incorporates the elements required for successful client outcomes. They include:

• Collaboration with involved professionals
• Coordination of care services
• Frequent employee supervision
• Thorough employee screening
• Staff development
• 24-hour availability
• Client and family involvement
