Medicare covers 100% of services for those who qualify. Criteria includes:

• Medicare eligible
• Physician ordered
• Reasonable and necessary
• Intermittent (not custodial)
• Requires the skill of a nurse or therapist
• Client must be compliant with plan of treatment
• Rehab potential must be present (acute condition or exacerbation of chronic condition)
• Must be homebound
